PR guru Sophie is bright, brilliant and always on the move, so it comes as no surprise that she admits she’s slightly impatient – to get on her good side, you’ll need to be just as go-getting. When quarantine lifts, she’ll be jetting off to one of her favourite spots as soon as possible, whether that’s the South of France or Brazil – though she wouldn’t mind taking a luxe beach shack in Portugal for a spin.
My family love word games and we regularly play Bananagrams when we are on holiday. It can get quite heated, especially as my brother and mum are super competitive. My mum actually has a habit of making up words and then gets very annoyed when we call her out on it.
To travel without quarantine!! That, and getting another Pomeranian so that Lady Penelope has a pal.
I think I can be quite bossy… It’s probably best to ask Cloe what she thinks about that (or my boyfriend!).
I’m a morning person through and through – I love when no one else is awake and it’s completely silent. I also wake up so early that I barely make it past 10pm at night, which gives me no chance to be an evening person anyway.
Stay at the Fife Arms in Scotland and I’m finally going this week. I have also been thinking about driving again, although no one seems brave enough to get in a car with me.
That I’m Irish. Having the EU passport is a major bonus.
I’m very impatient so anything that takes longer than it should do slightly irritates me.
Treating everyone equally.
Dream home: a (super luxe!!) beach shack in Cap Ferret or Portugal.
Perfect gathering: dinner at home with my closest friends, family and Lady P. Dinner would be early, obviously.
I love the Atlantic Coast in France, especially Cap Ferret, it’s totally unspoilt and quite rustic. The restaurants are very chilled and everyone cycles around. I also really love Brazil in the winter, some of my best friends are from there, the beaches are amazing and everyone is so relaxed.
Quite a mixed bag…
